Aldi appeal dismissed

Following a Public Inquiry, the Planning Inspector has supported the Planning Committee's decision and dismissed Aldi's appeal against the Council's refusal of planning permission for a new store on the former Dairy Crest Site.

This is brilliant news for Epsom. It was the right store in entirely the wrong place. The Lidl store, planned for Upper High Street, is the right store in entirely the right place!
