Conservation Matters on the Hospital Cluster Sites

Neglected SSSI site
Local Lib Dems have conservation areas as a priority - but would you know where this SSSI was in Epsom?

Next week an exhibition begins to appraise and consider management plans for the five hospital cluster Conservation Areas. These areas were created when three former hospitals were developed for residential housing, with two more due for development in the coming years.

The exhibition will explain controls which exist in these conservation areas, what is important about their character, identifies if there are negative features, what opportunities there may be for improvement and reviews the existing boundaries. There's a short questionnaire available too.

The exhibition will run from 10am on Monday 23rd February until 4pm on Friday 27th February at the Town Hall. From Saturday 28th February until Monday 9th March it is at Bourne Hall in Ewell.
