Dame Annis Barn proposals

New proposals to develop the land attached to Dame Annis Barn in Burgh Heath Road, Epsom, are to come before the council at April's Planning Committee.
Local Lib Dems held a public meeting some years ago when a previous planning application on the site involved houses and blocks of flats, but the current plans are for three houses and a new access road via the bridleway.
A site visit of members of the Planning Committee will be held shortly and Cllr Anna Jones is asking for local residents to let her have their views as soon as possible.
