It's Official - Epsom and Ewell have the Worst Roads in Surrey

A survey conducted by the county council of principal roads puts our borough at the top of the list for road defects.

Aside from the issue of road defects, it is the impossibility of contact with the county council at the present time which most concerns us. No direct e mails or telephone calls are possible between county councillors, borough councillors or residents if they wish to contact highways staff who have recently moved to Leatherhead. Contact is via a message on 08456 009 009 or by completing a website form on the SCC website. There is subsequently no acknowledgement or feedback. FOCUS and your local councillors are pressing for a change. Residents can use these points of contact or write to the leader of the county council to express their dismay at the current state of affairs.
