Liberal Democrat Budget 2011/12

20 Feb 2011

Town Ward Councillor Alison Kelly presented the Liberal Democrat budget for 2011/12 at a meeting of the council on 15th February. She said the council should focus more on income generation in the coming year, rather than more savings and staff cuts.

Cllr Kelly highlighted the fact that council-owned venues were underused, parking and enforcement were major issues in and around Epsom, there were no arrangements to recycle most plastic waste and little effort had been made with regard to trade waste recycling.
