Malden Rushett Roadworks Update

Transport for London (TfL) have issued a revised timetable for the Malden Rushett roadworks. This shows closure of the Epsom road starting earlier on 20 October, no closures during December and the work finishing by the end of March 2015.
They list the following key dates:
- 20 October to 14 November: Closed to or from Epsom. No right turn to or from Esher.
- 17 to 28 November: Closed to or from Esher. No right turn to or from Epsom.
- 29 November to 4 January 2015: All directions open.
- 5 January to 20 February: Closed to or from Epsom. No right turn to or from Esher.
- 23 February to 20 March: Closed to or from Esher. No right turn to or from Epsom.
- 23 to 27 March: Four-way temporary traffic signals.
- 28 March 2015: New junction open.
Details of the necessary traffic diversions are still awaited. It remains to be seen if the work wll start on schedule.
