
Lib Dems victorious in SW Surrey
In the two unusual Wednesday by-elections in Godalming, the Lib Dem candidate Paul Follows won the vacant seats on both Godalming Town and Waverley Borough councils, previously held by Conservatives.

In the two unusual Wednesday by-elections in Godalming, the Lib Dem candidate Paul Follows won the vacant seats on both Godalming Town and Waverley Borough councils, previously held by Conservatives.
It was standing room only on Thursday evening, as Liberal Democrat leader Sir Vince Cable spoke in the village hall at Claygate.
The results of Epsom & St Helier's NHS Trust's recent consultation were published on 10 November. More than 25,000 people joined in discussions on the long term future of the Trust's healthcare services.
